Thomas J. Rhoda, CPA

Tom began his career in 1969 with a local Milwaukee area firm where he spent five years until he formed his own firm which eventually merged with a national firm in which he was a partner in 1980.  In 1985 he started a new firm which became Rhoda, Smith & Associates, S.C.


Tom also served in the United States Army Reserve as a finance officer.


Tom earned a Bachelor's degree from Spencerian College where he was also an accounting instructor as well as teaching CPA review courses.  Tom has many years of experience serving all sizes and types of clients, especially those in the construction, real estate and retail industries.

David J. Smith, CPA

Dave began his career with a local Milwaukee area firm in 1984, obtaining his CPA license in 1985.  Dave also worked as a manager for a large regional CPA firm before joining Rhoda, Smith & Associates, S.C. in 2001.


Dave's experience included providing accounting, auditing, and tax services to a variety of businesses of all sizes.


Dave earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

 

Debra Nienas-Hodgson, CPA, MST

Debbie has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1988.  Her career began in 1986 when she joined a local CPA firm.  She has worked in Public Accounting ever since.  Debbie earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Master of Science-Taxation degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.


Debbie enjoys working with closely held businesses with a focus in the field of tax and consulting.


Debbie is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
